If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know! Items purchased from Dover Gray are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of receiving your order and are up to our return standards. Exchanges are also accepted up to 30 days after receiving your order. Occasionally you may see items marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It cannot be damaged, soiled, altered, worn and it must be returned with all labels / tags still attached. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error, is missing tickets or labels, or is past 30 days, will not be eligible for return.


Refunds (if applicable)...

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the item is inspected, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This usually takes one to two weeks, but we will always try and process it as fast as possible.
